Keynote Speaker: Teege Mettille
Teege Mettille is the Director of Enrollment Success at Enroll ML and co-host of the very popular "Admissions Directors Lunchcast". His career in admissions started as a rookie counselor at Lawrence University, and includes roles as a Director, Dean, and Vice President at institutions throughout Wisconsin and Indiana. For several years, he has been studying staff morale in college admissions, often times in conjunction with DACAC's own Seinquis Leinen, leading to the publication of The Admissions Counselor Malaise. At the DACAC conference in May, Teege will unpack some of the biggest takeaways from the book, which serves as a guide for admissions leaders seeking to reinvigorate their teams and improve the admissions experience for counselors and students alike.
